Failure during Forest Prep in LCS 2005

Jaco

After prepping the forest the following error is logged in the deployment
log:[0xC3EC78CA] At least one builtin display specifier object could not be
found.
Please make sure all display specifier objects were created successfully
during DcPromo process by checking log files (%Windir%\Debug\Dcpromohelp.log
and %Windir%\Debug\Csv.log).

When we look in the AD users & computers MMC. Under the system container,
RTC Service, the msRTCSIP-Pools object is not created.

The account we use has enterprise admins and schema admin rights.
The Schema was prepped succesfully according to the deployment log and
visual checks.

Any idea?
