Failure to Deliver when sending to .co.jp or .co.kr addresses

I have been struggling with this problem for some time now.

Configuration:
Entourage 2004
10.4.2

connecting through Exchange 2000

Whenever I send an e-mail to addresses that end in @seh.co.jp

and sometimes when I send an e-mail to addresses that end in @lg.co.kr

I get a "Delivery Failed"

message from the recievers host.

If I send the identical message through:

Outlook 2003/Windows XP/Virtual PC 7.0.2/10.4.2 connected to the same
Exchange server, the messages are delivered without any problems.

I don't seem to have any other problems with any other e-mails...

Any ideas?
