Favorites Folder

How does one create or find the "Favorites" folder in
Outlook???......Example I want to search the Web in
Outlook and bookmark a site in Favorites just like you do
in straight i.e.

You can add it to your Menu Bar using the Customize feature. Right-click
the menu bar, choose Customize, click the Commands tab, scroll down to and
select Menu Bar on the left, and drag Favorites up to the Menu Bar and drop
it where you want it.
