Fax cover program not working

Ok so I created a fax cover sheet program in Word 2000. I
have a macro that opens a document. Once opened, the
document pops up a box where you can enter text. When you
press "Ok" the text will insert at pre-defined bookmarks
that I inserted.

Well, everything is working except the very first bookmark
on the page won't insert. Every other bookmark works and
all that is missing is that one thing. I have tried
deleting and re-adding that first bookmark, but nothing
seems to work. Does anyone have any ideas? I could sure
use some help.

Umm...there is no Line 42....what are you talking about?

Indeed. There isn't even a line 1. You know it is hard for us to help
you with your code issues if we can't even see a single line of it.
