Feedback appreciated

Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank those that give feedback on
when a solution works. It really helps us to know our suggestions worked.
Often we only hear back when they don't work.

Sometimes we have answers that are solutions for common problems, but often
the problem is rather unique so we offer what we think might work. We can't
know if our suggestions work unless we hear from you. We don't want to pass
on suggestions that don't work.

I along with other MVPs and users that contribute on this list would also
like to thank those that send personal thank-yous for the help they receive.
It's nice to know we're appreciated.

I met two MVPs at MWSF'04 on Wednesday night at the soiree - told them
thanks for the work and the great patience in dealing with us.

Email is the single most important application in personal computing
these days, and Entourage is one of the most important email app in the
Macintosh world. It is certainly the most complex and requires a lot of
experience and knowledge to manage expertly.

The info I get from you and the MVPs is by far the best tech support for
Entourage and possibly the best tech support for anything these days.

Thanks again in public for the help you all provide.

I couldn't agree more Diane. On both points!
