Few questions

G'day folks,
After using Entourage for a month now I have a few quick questions that
perhaps you can help with:

1. It seems I can only read 300 emails from newsgroups, any way to increase
that?

I am accessing Exchange through OWA (WEBDAV) and it seems to work fine
except... I want to emails to come into the local folders and delete
themselves from the server. (We have very limited storage on the server, so
I want to leave nothing up there). I worked out how to move the inbox items
down with a rule, and clean out the deleted items left behind with a
schedule.

2. How can I get the sent items to move from the Exchange server to the
local Sent Items folder and delete themselves from the server?

3. In Outlook I was able to edit received emails, to add a keyword or
customer name to the topic for easier retrieval later on. Does anyone know
how I can edit a received email title in Entourage? (Without having to
forward it or some other kludge).

Any suggestions for these? Thanks, ...marco

In the account settings, click on the 'options' tab and there is a setting
there for how many headers to download when logging into a newsgroup. In
addition, under the 'View' menu there is an item called 'Get More News
Messages', which will download another traunch of older messages on a 'one
time' basis each time you select this menu item.

In the 'Rules' dialog, select the tab for 'outgoing rules' - these are
misnamed, as they actually fire _after_ the message has been sent, so can be
used to file sent messages anywhere you like.

Click on the 'edit message' button in the toolbar? Alternatively, select
'edit message' from the Message menu (you cannot edit newsgroup messages)

Yep, that one worked great!

Ok, this one is a Duh! For me. Should have seen it. Writing 200 RTFM on the
whiteboard as punishment.

Barry, that sigh you hear is the contended sigh of someone having even more
fun with Entourage!!! Thanks, ...Marco.
