Field code in WordPad

Hello.
How I can see "word field" in WordPad RTF editor?
Filed don't appears if I create RTF document with MS-Word and then open it
with WordPad.
The field code is in text file but I see nothing...
Ther exists a kind of library, exetension FREE to read filed with RTF simple
Reader?
