When entering the name for a new contact as John Smith
when the File As field is automatically filled out, it
will appear as Smith John instead of John Smith (if
option set for first name first) and will appear as John,
Smith instead of Smith, John (if option set for last name
first). Has anyone else ever seen this issue? If so,
how to resolve?
