File attachment autocomplete

In Outlook 2000, I could type a portion of the filename I wanted to
attach to a mesage, and Outlook would fill in the rest of the name.
Since my IT department upgraded me, that doesn't seem to work anymore,
and it was really useful to me -- is there any way to retain or
recreate this functionality in Outlook 2002 or later?
