File Export

I am trying to either export, transfer or copy my addresses and phone
numbers presently located in the Entourage address book, to my Mac
Address Book ,so that I can download them to my Ipod. How do I do
this. The files were originally in Office Outlook.

Hi Henry
1. Create a temp folder on desktop.

2. Start Entourage and select Address Book.

3. In the right pane of the Address Book, select one contact and then click
Edit->
Select All menu. This way, all the contacts in the Address Book are
selected.

4. Drag the contacts from Entourage into the folder on the desktop.

This way, all the contacts are exported in vCard format.

5. Drag all the vCard files into the Name column of Mac Address Book.

I hope it works fine, let me know the status
