File, Send To, Mail Recipient slow

Hi there.

In Word, we choose File, Send To, Mail Recipient as Attachment. On some PCs
it takes about ½ a second to open the Outlook Mail message, on others it
takes about 30 seconds, and we don't know why?

Outlook related? Word related? All machines running Office 2003 SP1. We
can't see any differences. Tried turning "Use Word as email editor" on and
off, no joy.

Can anyone help?
