File Synchronization - Access Denied

I receive an error message when I try and synch any Adobe Acrobat files that
were created in an MS Office 2003 Pro application. I get an "access denied"
error message. I beleive this started appearing when I installed the SP2
update to Windows XP, but even after turning off all security features
(firewall, virus checking) I still get the error.

MS Windows Technical Support referred me to MS Office Technical Support for
this issue.

Any thoughts?
