What version/edition of Microsoft Office? (be as specific as possible, i.e. Microsoft Office Standard Edition
2003)
Is the CD a "FULL" or "UPGRADE" version? (if it is an upgrade, it would say on the box and CD... if not, it is
a full version)
If it is an upgrade CD, do you have a qualifying product and what is it? (installed or not)
What version of Windows are you running? (be as specific as possible, i.e. Windows XP Home with Service Pack
2)
When exactly are you getting this message?
What is the exact error message that you get?

TRY TO INSTALL MIRCOSOFT OFFICE AND KEEP GEETING THE ABOVE ERROR

Lose the caps. All caps is considered yelling, is incredibly rude and makes
your posts very hard to read.

I also suggest you start attending those remedial English classes.

At least you managed to post in the correct group - I suppose that's
something to be thankful for!
