It would be very useful if files were linked together so that I could do a
find and replace for all files. Often times I have word documents, excel
documents, and even Power Point presentations that are all assigned to a
specific client. We will direct them to a specific person at the clients. If
that person changes, we will have to go through each file and do a find and
replace for the names of each person that changes. There should be a way to
link each file as a group and then do a find and replace for all the files so
that I can change Tim's name to Jeff in all the files. It would save time and
money for us.
