Filter between date range?

Using auto filter. Wish to select all rows between
certain dates. Like all rows between 01/01/2004 and
01/15/2004. Is it possible to do that with out creating a
helper row?

Thanks for your suggestions.

Yes, use custom and greater than or equal to 01/01/04, AND less than or
equal to 01/15/04
depending on what you mean with between adjust the criteria
