filtering a specific word

A revolting spam email that I gather the entire world gets, spelling changes
daily so it is very difficult to filter. If I want to choose a word, is
there a way to filter in the rules?

e.g: cat, CAT, c@t, cAT etc etc

Something that picks up both upper and lower case.
