In the process of cleaning up a legacy contact list in Outlook 2003, I have
been trying to filter out the contacts that have been modified.
I would think that the best way to do that is to find all contacts for which
the created date is not equal to the modified date. I tried to use the
Filter, but it simply seems more geared towards email.
My only hope is the SQL tab in the filters. However, the SQL syntax seems
so foreign and indecipherable to me. I can not seem to create a working
created != modified statement.
It seems impossible to find any documentation on this form of SQL and I
can't anything of use on the internet. Most importantly I can't find anyting
on the syntax used.
It seems like such a valuable tool.
Please let me know if you can either help me find a way to filter out the
modified items (ones that have a modified date distinct from the created
date), or if you can lead me to a comprehensive resource for SQL in Outlook
2003.
