filtering IMAP folders other than Inbox?

Is there any way in Outlook 2003 to apply filter/rules to mail arriving in
an IMAP folder that is not the INBOX folder? I have an IMAP junk-mail folder
with server-filtered SPAM, which I'd like to automatically move to my main
inbox for filtering by Popfile-outclass, or just add some white-list rules
to take care of false-positives, but I can't figure out how to do this.
