Filtering w/Combo Box

Helo Again,

I have a form with two boxes, one labeled "Division" and
one labeled "Cost Code". The divisions are numbers and
text, such as "001 - Materials, 002 - Labor". The cost
codes are numbers such as 1.11, 1.12, 2.11, 2.12, etc.
I'd like the form to display only those records pertaining
to the division selected in a combo box. How can I do
this?
