Filters created in 2004 are not working in 2008

Filters created in 2004 are not working in 2008, you have to manually and individually applied them. There is something new I must know about?

You may need to recreate them in 2008. Depending on the actions you choose,
some rules may need to re-link to specific folders or scripts, since moving
from 2004 to 2008 causes a restructuring of the database, so that objects
within it no longer have the same ID numbers. Just duplicating the rules is
an easy way to insure that re-linking.
