Hello,

If the code "MyRange.Find.Execute" is launched whereas the "Search and
replace" window is already open in Word, that code closes the window
and does not re-open it.

How to code so that this window does not disappear (or reappear after)
or how to let me know that this window is already open so I can insert
a specific code in this case (re-open the search window).

Thank you for your precious help.

Bonjour,

Si le code "MyRange.Find.

Maybe:

Dialogs(wdDialogEditReplace).Show

will work as the last line in your existing code.

Thanks but how do I know that this window was open before my code
started ? That's my problem in fact...

If the search window was up, I want it up after and your code is
helping but if there is no search window, I don't want to pop it up...

Thank you for your help...

Frederic (sorry I don't know how to add the accents)

I am stumped. I tried several different times to find a way to test
"IF" the dialog is open, but I couldn't find a solution.

Thank you for your tries Greg (without accents) !

Maybe someone who read our conversation will save me in few days... I
really don't know how I'll be able to solve my problem...

P.S. For the accents, you can do it by pressing Alt+0233 !!!
