find command button

I have a find command button on the form, but the default
when it opens is to just search the field it's in and
look for an exact match. I was wondering if there's a
way to change the default to look through the entire
table and search for any part of the field that matches.
I don't even know if this is possible, but it would make
it a lot more convenient for my users if it is.
