We are using Outlook 2000 and Exchange 2000. When I perform a Find Command on a Public Contacts folder for a Contact that is in the Public Contacts Folder, I get a return message that the Contact cannot be found. If I then perform another lookup, this time using the Advanced Find option, the Contact is found.
Can anyone provide some insight into why the initail Find lookup does not locate the Contact but the Advanced Find does?
