I have many contacts that have the same email host
site "@XXXX". Now the company has decided to change
to "@YYYY. Is there a find @XXXX and replace with @YYYY

I also have a feeling this will happen again with new
area codes.

Outlook has no Find and Replace feature. The closest you can come is to use
the techniques described here:
