We have all our contacts stored in a public contact folder and typically when
we enter a name in the "Find a Contact" box, the Choose Contact dialog window
opens up with a list of all contacts with that last name. However there are
some names entered that will not display the contact dialog window and simply
open up the contact even if there are several contacts with the same last
name. Or sometimes Outlook will say it can't find the requested contact. This
happens even when I'm in address card view in the folder I'm searching and
even though "Show this folder as an email address book" has been selected in
the properties tab of the folder. We're running Outlook 2003 and utilize an
Exchange Server.
Thanks,
