Finding Outlook Address Book to restore?

I did a full backup of a laptop and then reformatted the
hard drive and reinstalled Win98 and my Office 2000
software.

I am not sure where to look on the backup files in order
to pull the address book and email folders back in.

Can anyone give me a guick pointer on where to look?
