first page of brochure from other papertray?

Is there a workaround in MSPUB 2003 for printers that don't support the
function: 'take first page from tray X' and 'the rest of the pages from tray
Y' on 1 printjob.
I like to print an A4 doublesided brochure using a heavier papersort for the
cover.
I know MSWord can do this using sections.
I like to replace and old HP color laserjet which does support this in the
Windows printerdriver, with an Epson Aculaser which don't.

Create a new publication for the cover. If your printer doesn't support a different
paper for the first page this probably is the only workaround.
