Fit PowerPoint Presentation onto TV screen

J

When I run PowerPoint on to TV from my lap top, I lose approx 1/4 of the
width and 1/4 of the height of the original. Any suggestions to get the full
screen on to the TV?
Thanks... Jim

Jim,

Not really, you are seeing the big difference between what a monitor can do
and what a analog (NTST) TV can do. The trick is knowing what area is
effected and not putting anything on that part of the slide.

As above - all TVs overscan and not by a fixed amount.

If you dont want to lose information you can place two sets of guides in
powerpoint to indicate apporox where the cut off is and avoid that area. (--
Hope that helps
