Fix for slow Word and slow Excel from the source of the bug

Symantec's latest Norton Antivirus update is the culprit.

Symantec's Work-Around works but the system is still a bit
slow. I disabled the office plug-in in NAV (Misc) and
everything worked fine. But NAV's lastest updates are
definitely the problem.
