fixing duplicate emails

Recently I noticed I receive 2 receipts for each email I send, after
questioning the recipients they all said that, they always receive 2 copies
of each email I send...
I wonder if I have changed something in options and I can't remember what it
is :-?...
Can you help me with that ?
