Fixing HTML View

The most common cause for having the HTML view look gibberish, is font
conflict. The most common font that causes this is Helvetica.

If you have several version of this, you need to stop having both of them
activated at the same time.

If you only have one, then it is corrupted, replace it with a working.

If you do not know how to do this, I recommend you copying the Helvetica
from another Mac Machine, or try to get installed in custom install of the
OS installation CD.

I'm using Entourage 2004...updated to version 11.1. Everything worke
fine up until I did that update. Now ALL my HTML emails are garbble
unless I hit reply or forward...then they look okay!

I work for a University, and expect that I'm not going to be the onl
one with this problem. Any idea what else I can do
