Flash Animation in Powerpoint

I've been creating a tutorial in which I've recorded a
video of my mouse clicking through a program. I made it
in Camtasia studeo into AVI format, then converted it
into Flash format for the PowerPoint Presentation. With
some minor adjustments to the window everything seems to
be working great with the exception that when the mouse
stops on a specific location for a short period of time
it leaves a black vertical line in that spot for the
duration of the video. Is there anyway I can fix this?
Or will I have to use the video editor and fix the
individual video frames?

I would open the SWF in Internet Explorer and see what it looks like there.

If it leaves a black vertical line there, too, then it's an issue when the AVI is being converted to Flash, and you might want to look on the Techsmith (makers of Camtasia) forums to see if it's a known issue or if anyone has any suggestions there.

If there's not a line when you view the SWF in IE, then it's an issue when the SWF is inserted into PPT, and we'll have some figuring out to do.

Thanks for replying to message so fast. When the swf
file is played in Internet Explorer, the vertical cursor
sized lines don't appear, that is why I think there is a
problem with PowerPoint as opposed to the Camtasia Studio
flash file converter. It also doesn't show up in the
replay of the flash file in Camtasia Producer, so there
is really no way to edit them out, seeing as they only
appear in PowerPoint. I'll be using the PowerPoint
Presentation in an important Macromedia Breeze Conference
for my Provost, so if there are any more suggestions, I'd
be really grateful.
