Flash inserted - refresh

I've inserted a flash file in my powerpoint presentation and finally got it
work (although I can't stop it from looping ... arghhhh!!! ... I've set loop
to false!!!.

When I change the file that it points to ... it doesn't seem to UPDATE to
the newer version. Is there a way to do this. Perhaps this is happening
because I told it to embed the file.
I have to keep inserting the file ... and that's a pain in the the .....!!!
Maybe I just answered this question. hmmmmm

1) Looping.
An annoying little dilema with using flash/.swf files in PPT. You have two
options. First, if you have the source flash file program in a stop all
command at the end. Or second, if the presentation is going to be run on a
computer you can set up, install this free add-in that solves the looping
