Flash Menu in Access Database

Can a Flash Movie be used as a menu for my Access application? If it's possible, how do I communicate between the Flash movie that is my menu and Access VBA

I want to open different Access forms based on the selection made in the Flash menu. I've placed the ShockWave control in a form and can view the Flash movie (swf) fine. I just don't know how to communicate back and forth between Access and Flash. I know VBA and ActionScript. I just need to know how to hook up the plumbing
