Flash Pop Up/ly In

In frontpage 2002, i could add a flash movie to a page and
use format, position and Z=1. The flash movie would play
on top when the web page was loaded and then close. You
could also close the flash movie by cliking on the quit
button.

Now in frontpage 2003, when i do the same thing, a blue
layer box appers and my flash movie will not close.

Does anyone have a solution?
