Wants a Manual I Can Hold In My Hand!

How do I get the cursor (you know that line that shows you where you are on
the page) to stop blinking or flashing?

You can't. You can speed up or slow down the blink rate, but this is a
Windows setting (Control Panel | Keyboard).
