When entering text in Word 2003, especially in a large document, the whole
screen's worth of text often disappears for a split second and is redrawn,
causing the whole text window to flash white for a second. The application
does this quite often, especially after typing a whole word or entering a
carriage return.
Is there a way to prevent this? This is very distracting and a bit hard on
the eyes.
Regardless of how big the file was, Word 2000 and 2001 never suffered from
this problem.
