We upgraded the backend (exchange) to version 2003. The
frontend is still outlook 2000.
Since the upgrade, the folder display order has changed.
Used to be: outlook today, personal folder, public
folder. Now it is public folder, personal folder, outlook
today. This is anoying. It is happening on a few PCs,
but not all.
I have re-built the PC, re-installed outlook 2000, re-
reated the profile, deleted the temp folder: Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook. I even tried creating a profile
with the exchange server only (automaticaly adds public
folder). The strange part is that the first time I launch
outlook (after re-creating the profile), the folders are
displayed properly; but afterwards, it will display
incorrectly.
I have read other newsgroups, but I have not founf
anything that solved my problem. Any ideas?
thank you
