After a reinstall of a computer (Win2k->WinXP) I can not longer access a
CDO-app (home page on Exchange public folder) in OL2000.
I know the path is valid, and have confirmed that OL finds the file when
using the browse button, but when clicking Ok I get a popup that the web page
could not be found.
It has not been a full install of Office2000 this time, so I think some
component could be missing, but the weird is that OL can access a URL when
entering a http://www....-address as folder home page, but by some reason not
through UNC-path (\\server\share\file.htm) or a mapped path (L:\...\file.htm)
