Folder IN address Book

I am using Outlook 2000 on my office computer. I created
a foloder that someehow showed up in Address Book, and I
wish to delete this folder (it is empty and I don't plan
to use it). Although I can click on the delete button
with the folder highligheed, the folder does not get
deleted.

Please provide more information. We need to know which mail support mode you
are using (line 2 of Help | About, if you don't know) and precisely where
you are trying to delete this folder. Never try to manipulate data or
settings from within the Address Book interface itself. Do so only from the
Folder List.
