Folder list in the window menu

How do you clear the list of folders that are shown in the Window menu? I
have about 50 showing and can't seem to clear them?(Entourage 2008)

If I'm understanding correctly, you just need to close them. Hold down
the option key and click the red circle on the first window, it will
close them all.
