Folder List View not remembered

When I first used Entourage, after a restart it would always come back
to the same screen layout that I had been using before.

But for a long time now, I have to re-select Folders List in the View
menu each time I start Entourage. I've tried trashing the preference
file, and repairing permissions. Nothing seems to make any difference.

Is there any known fix? Entourage 2004 11.2.5 (060620)

Set the window as you prefer. Now close the window and reopen. Entourage
should remember the setting.

Thanks for your suggestion, Diane. Unfortunately it does not help.

I set Folder List view, then click the red close-window button. The only
way to restore the Mail window (as far as I can tell) is selecting
View/Go To/Mail. The mail window returns, but it is no longer in Folder
List view; it shows only the 2 panes for the current folder, one for the
message list and one for preview.

I misunderstood. I thought you wanted the size of the window showing. I'm
not exactly sure what you are describing. Could you send me some screen
shots off list. Remove nospam and invalid from address.
