How does one set properties for individual folders in Entourage?
For instance I would like to set a folder to display the total amount of
emails in the folder, not just unread (you can do this with outlook). Is
there an equivalent property for Entourage.

Sorry, it can't be done.

You can send feedback to the developers on this issue. Use the last menu
item under the 'Help' menu - "Send Feedback on Entourage". This message will
go directly to the developers. The more people that request this feature the
more likely it is to be implemented.
