Mac OS X is based on users and permissions, so your Entourage database
is secure already - no other user can see it. If you're really nervous
you can turn on FileVault but I do not advise it. m.

Ok thanx, but lets say the computer is used between 20 of us and we all want
our own folders lets say with our own passwords.
Is that possible.....

So just make 20 separate users, each with its own login password. Each
will have a totally separate world. Simply be sure to log out before you
hand the computer to someone else. Mac OS X is Unix; Unix has worked
this way for decades.
