folder view - email sent

hi. i created a new folder and from this folder I want to keep all my
offer or quotation to clients. but on the column how can you see the
name of the person you sent this message. i can only see my name as
sender, date and subject. i wanted to edit this info into name of
person i sent the message, date, and subject.

i can easily to this on my outlook 2007.

is there a way to have this in entourage 2004??

Right-click (or Control-click) any column header, then select "To" from
the resulting contextual menu.

Alternatively, from the Entourage menu bar, select View > Columns > To.
