I've read a lot of posts regarding this, and I know they say this is
impoosible, but I'm seeing it happen. This is my problem: Every time
my end user opens her email, the folder list in Outlook 2000
SP3(Corporate) shows in reverse alphabetical order - instead of having
Outlook Today, Personal Folder, Public Folder (top to bottom) it comes
as Personal Folder, Public Folder, Outlook Today (top to bottom). I've
tried deleting all the info in the control Panel from the MAIL icon,
then setting it up again and it works the first time we open Outlook,
but after that we're right back at reverse order. I've tried several
command line switches and still to no avail.
I did have a program called Autoprof (ProfileMaker) create the account
for me. But even when I set it up manually, same problem.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
