Folder view not on when opening

When I open Entourage 2004 Version 11.1.0 (running on Mac OS X 10.3.5) my
folder view is off and would like it on. How can set Entourage to default
it on. It used to start up on and not sure what changed

Try to close all windows. Then, ppen one window only and make the folder
view visible. HTH
