I would like to create a new folder but I would like for it to reside on an external drive rather than in "My Computer". This was possible when using Outlook on Windows. Is it possible in Entourage on the Mac?

Yeah, in Outlook you do that with a PST. Entourage doesn't supprot PSTs
and doesn't offer to store anything outside of its woin database :-(

sorry, no it isn't.

Please let MS know you would like this feature by using the 'send
feedback' link under the Entourage Help menu.
