Follow up flag on contact does not show up in Calendar, why?

I use outlook 2003 SP2 and when I add a flag to contact with a reminder, I
would expect it to show up in Calendar. Any ideas? Thanks

Follow ups in the Contact folder or Inbox don't show on the Calendar. Just
appointments & events do.
