Followhyperlink - Brings up popup IE window

I am trying to launch an URL, but it pops me up an IE window even when I
request it not to. For example

Thisworkbook.followhyperlink
"http://www.test.com/answer?name=john&last=smith", , False

Does anyone have any pointers on this? How do I do a followhyperlink to say
yahoo.com and not make it popup? Thanks for any tips!
